Why we built it

Email deliverability is invisible until it breaks. A message that lands in spam looks exactly like one that was never sent — no bounce, no error, just silence. Most senders only find out something is wrong when a customer says they never got the email.

SendCheckIt started as a free subject line tester, compared against more than 100,000 real emails from marketers. It grew into a full deliverability toolkit because the subject line is only one piece of the puzzle. If your authentication isn't set up, or your domain lands on a blacklist, the best subject line in the world still won't reach the inbox.

What we do

We give you a 360-degree view of your email deliverability in one place, so higher deliverability translates into a better return on everything you send:

• Content — test subject lines before you hit send with the free Subject Line Tester.
• Authentication — check and monitor SPF, DKIM, and DMARC so mailbox providers trust your mail.
• DMARC reports — we turn the zipped XML nobody reads into a plain list of who's sending as your domain.
• Blacklists — watch your domains and sending IPs, because nobody notifies you when you get listed.
• Monitoring — get alerted when a DNS record changes or something starts putting your inbox placement at risk.

Who's behind it

SendCheckIt is built and operated by Expedited SSL LLC, a small team that has spent years building practical security and deliverability tools. We use SendCheckIt to monitor our own email, and we build it to be the tool we wish we'd had.
